In this spirit, St. Philip Neri School dedicated Friday, November 28, 2025, to a vital Staff Development Day, with a core focus on reviewing, understanding, and internalizing our school’s Human Resources policies.

The session, led by the school's administration and HR office, was built on the principle that clear, fair, and transparent policies are the backbone of a trusting and productive work environment.
